Event Documents
If any such event took place in the last 2 years MUST bring proof of any and all:
Divorces
Death certificates
Annulments
Dissolutions of State Registered Domestic Partnerships
*If your previous marriage ended more than 2 years ago please know the exact date when it ended (month/day/year) as this information will go into the new marriage license.
