Rates and Fees

Marriage License is an authorization to marry. You still need to solemnize your marriage (have a ceremony) in order to be legally married. You must have your ceremony within 90 days from the day your Marriage License has been issued. Your ceremony must take place in the County of Los Angeles.

Basic fee for our services which includes: Issuance of Marriage License, Civil Ceremony, Recording of your Marriage Certificate, 1 Certified Copy of your Marriage Certificate, and Express Delivery of your Certified Copy back to you is $350.00. No hidden charges – flat fee.

This price applies for services performed at our location 490 S. San Vicente Blvd. #11, Los Angeles, CA 90048.

Travel to your location will be $50- $100 extra depending on the distance.

Ceremonies performed at all the beaches in Los Angeles County are $500 including all the services listed above, travel to the beach, and parking charges.

We encourage you to contact our offices ahead of time to make arrangements and to quote the exact price of your event.

Confidential Marriage License may be obtained separately, i.e. without ceremony. If you have your wedding date and the ceremony set up elsewhere and wish to purchase your marriage license through us - a Confidential Marriage License price is $85. We surcharge $10 per signature to issue your confidential marriage license in the total of $105. If you wish your Certificate of Identity notarized here it will be additional $10.
