Each adjustment of status package must be accompanied by an Affidavit of Support Form I-864 (I-864A) signed by the U.S. Citizen or resident sponsor**
The sponsor must meet current Poverty Line Guidelines in order to be eligible to vouch for his/her alien relatives/friends. |

- Bank statements for the last 3 (three) months;
- Proof of income for the last 3 (three) months.
- If applicable, submit other evidence of financial stability: real estate appraisals, savings’ account statements, etc.
If your sponsor is someone other than your spouse, submit copies of documentation proving status of this person in the United States. |
